Instructions

1. Prepare tapioca starch (a pack) in advance and mix with 1000cc of boiling water evenly for later use
2. Put Mesons Tea 3000cc and boiling water 9000cc in a pot and boil
3. Add fructose/sucrose 1300cc and the pre-prepared tapioca starch powder and water, stir well and boil again to remove foam
4. Pour it into a container and keep it warm and ready to eat
