Return and exchange instructions
Self-pickup return
There is no 7-day review period for physical store transactions, except for product exceptions.
(microbiological, physical, chemical), returns are not accepted. (Article 19 Item 1 of the Consumer Protection Act.)
Product anomalies do not include unilateral cognitive flavor gaps.
(The main raw materials of food all have a considerable proportion of agricultural products. Under a certain probability, it is normal for each batch to have a slightly different flavor.)
Delivery return
If there is no physical store transaction, you can respond immediately after receiving the product and take a photo to send it back. You need to keep the complete product packaging and invoice.
The company will return and exchange the product within 7 days.
Home delivery return
Please check the appearance of the goods immediately upon receipt. If there is any abnormality (damage/loss of temperature), please immediately report to the delivery driver and refuse to accept the goods. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after receipt.
Frozen products, customized products, and custom products, except for product abnormalities (microbial, physical, chemical), will not be returned or exchanged.
